The articles and pages on this site are general information about heating and cooling, electrical, plumbing, remodeling and roofing. They are not a diagnosis of your home and not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed professional. Never attempt electrical or gas work yourself. If you smell gas, leave the building and call PG&E or 911 from outside.

Estimates and work

Sending the form or chatting with us is a request, not a contract. Prices, scope and timing are set only in a written estimate or agreement for your job, after we see the work. Any warranty terms are the ones written in that agreement.

Photos

Photos marked "Representative photos" on service pages show the kind of work involved. They are not photos of our own jobs. Photos of our own work are labeled as such.

Reviews and ratings

Customer quotes are shown as the customer wrote them. Ratings show their source and the date we checked them.
