When you send the estimate form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your city, the kind of work you need, and your message. If you use the live chat, we receive the messages you send and any contact details you choose to share. You never need an account to use this site.

Live chat

The chat on this site is provided by Chatway. When you open or use it, Chatway processes your messages and basic technical details (such as your browser and the page you are on) so we can reply. Chat conversations are also covered by Chatway's own privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful and how people reach us, including when someone taps our phone number or sends the form. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives basic technical information about your visit. Google signals and advertising features are turned off. We do not use advertising pixels, and we do not record your screen or keystrokes. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Your browser's "Do Not Track" setting does not change how this site works, because the site does not track you across other websites.

How we use your information

We use your information to answer your request, give you an estimate, schedule and do the work, and follow up about it. We do not sell or share your personal information for money or for advertising. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, such as our email delivery provider, our chat provider and our hosting provider, and only as needed for that purpose.

How long we keep it

We keep request details as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal business records, then delete them.

Your California privacy rights

Children

This site is for adults arranging home or business services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
