What should I check if my AC stops cooling?
Check the thermostat setting and look at the air filter if you can reach it safely. Note whether the vents blow warm air or no air at all, because that difference helps narrow the cause when you call. Leave electrical panels and equipment covers closed.
Why does my hot water run out so fast?
Hot water runs short when demand has grown, sediment has built up in the tank, or a heating part has failed. Write down how long the water stays hot and whether every faucet does the same thing. We repair and replace tank and tankless water heaters.
Can you fix flickering lights or breakers that keep tripping?
Yes. Note whether one fixture or several rooms are affected, and what was running when the breaker tripped. Repeated trips point to an overloaded circuit or a fault, so don't keep resetting it. If you see smoke or fire, leave the house and call 911.
